Infoverity’s FlexiFrame Development Life Cycle is a methodology that forms the framework for planning and controlling the creation, testing, and delivery of Enterprise Information Management solutions. More specifically, the FlexiFrame process is composed of a number of clearly defined and distinct work phases which are used by Infoverity solution implementation teams to plan for, design, build, test and deliver Projects. FlexiFrame® is about quality, consistency and product delivery in the realization of a product’s requirements. The FlexiFrame® methodology focuses on prototype iterations to get user feedback as frequently and quickly as possible, which integrates with teams that prefer Agile solution development.

The Life Cycle of Your Enterprise Information Management Solution

FlexiFrame consists of a collection of 6 phases that include defined activities and deliverable products during each phase with project check points (CP):

  1. Initiation –Project Planning begins, project scope is defined, project resources are identified, project and resource management plans are created
  2. Analyze – Conduct discovery sessions, data quality analysis, define functional requirements, detailed scope, refine project schedule, and installation of application in development environment
  3. Blueprint – Conduct design workshops, requirements deep dives, document detailed solution design, prototyping and demos, finalize project plan, and a *Design Review Board approval.
  4. Realization – Install QA/Test environments, configuration and customization of required software, begin unit testing with sample data, and prepare for data migration and QA testing
  5. Validation – Install Production environment, technical & user testing completed, cutover plan finalized, user & admin training conducted
  6. Go-Live – Execute deployment plan, provide fictional and technical support, transfer support to Managed Services and/or Customer, final project review and closure.
*Design Review Board consists of group of expert Solutions Architects to objectively review overall design to ensure best practice and design quality for each unique implementation.
